- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Health and personal care items (e.g., open supplements or skincare products)
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at panchbhootyog@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if your return is eligible, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Return the Item: Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. Include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt in the package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
